For the umpteenth time… no one is threatening your Freedom of Speech!

Duck Dynasty The National Organization for Marriage is still insisting that their constituents are being silenced. Of course, this isn’t true nor is there any evidence of this happening. Just a few moments ago I posted the following on their Facebook page:

“Lest you continue your ignorant mislabeling of this issue as ‘threatening freedom of speech’ please reference this VERY elementary explanation of what freedom of speech is. You’ll note that nothing about the Duck Dynasty controversy has anything to do with Mr. Robertson’s freedom of speech being threatened. He is and continues to be free to say whatever he wishes to say. If you can provide any legitimate evidence of a specific account of someone’s freedom of speech, as defined by the law, being threatened by the government, I welcome your response. Otherwise, please come up with a legitimate ‘war cry.’
